Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Orbit Sparrow Games applications or website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the applications.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our games for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include:

• Copying, modifying or distributing the games
• Reverse engineering or attempting to access the source code
• Reselling or renting for commercial purposes
• Using cheat software, bots or automation tools

3. User Accounts

When you create an account, you are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for the security of your account. You must report any suspicious activity to us immediately.

We may suspend or delete your account in the following cases:

• Violation of these terms
• Cheating, spam or harassment
• Prolonged inactivity (24+ months)

4. Virtual Items and Purchases

In-app purchases (coins, characters, power-ups, etc.) acquired with real money are licensed digital items; ownership does not pass to you. Virtual items cannot be used for:

• Exchange or sale for real money
• Transfer between accounts

Purchases are final; no refunds are issued, subject to the refund policy of the relevant app store. If you experience a technical issue, contact hello@orbitsparrow.com.

5. Advertising

Our games may display advertising through third-party ad networks (Google AdMob, AppLovin MAX, Unity Ads). The privacy policies of the relevant networks apply to the ad experience. On iOS, your consent is also requested for app tracking.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in our games (graphics, music, code, characters, story) is the property of Orbit Sparrow Games and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

The games are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over disputes.

9. Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms. Material changes are announced via in-app notification or on this page. Continuing to use the application after a change means you accept the new terms.
